G. Nicholas Venezia

Mr Venezia is a founding Partner of the firm and concentrates in Corporate law.

Mr. Venezia served on the New Jersey Sports and Exposition Authority, served and chaired the New Jersey Racing Commission and has served as a Trustee for Middlesex County College and John F. Kennedy Medical Center.

Mr. Venezia is a member of the Middlesex County and New Jersey State Bar Associations. Mr. Venezia served with the United States Air Force, 1941 -1945, in the South Pacific and Japan.








Allen P. Comba

Allen P. Comba is a shareholder of the firm and has been associated with the firm of Venezia & Nolan since 1983. He concentrates his practice in the areas of family law, wills and probate, commercial and residential real estate sales and purchases including litigation related to these fields. He has extensive trial experience, having been an Assistant Middlesex County Prosecutor from 1975 - 1983 and also serves as the Municipal Court Judge in the Borough of Carteret (1989 - 1992; 1997 - present).

Mr. Comba is a member of the Middlesex county and State Bar Associations and the Middlesex County Municipal Judges' Association. He is a Vietnam Veteran; (U.S. Army, 1969-1971)

Mr. Nelson is a shareholder of the firm and has been associated with the firm since 1980. He concentrates in the representation of Clients before Planning Boards and Zoning Boards of Adjustment. His clients range from individual homeowners seeking development approval for additions to their residences, to commercial developers looking to construct or expand their facilities. He is the representing attorney to the Piscataway Township Planning Board for the Borough of South Plainfield since January 2002.

Daria Anne Venezia is a partner of the firm. She has been with the firm since 1986. Ms. Venezia concentrates in the areas of wills and estates and she handles real estate transactions including residential and commercial closings, financings and leases. Ms. Venezia also handles real property tax appeals and represents several government bodies.

Ms. Venezia is a member of the New Jersey State and Middlesex County Bar Associations.

Richard S. Rebeck is of counsel to the firm. Areas of practice include contracts, real estate, wills and all aspects of litigation preparation. He serves as arbitrator and mediator for personal injury, product liability and contract litigation and disputes. 

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Rebeck served as Judge, Superior Court of New Jersey (1983-2000); Prosecutor, Middlesex County (1978-1983); Attorney, Piscataway Board of Adjustment (1977-1979) and Planning Board (1977-1978); Attorney, North Brunswick Board of Adjustment (1977-1979); Planning Board (1977-1978); and Rent Leveling Board (1974-1976); Perth Amboy Municipal Prosecutor (1970-1972); Assistant Prosecutor, Middlesex County (1967-1969); Partner, Venezia, Nolan & Rebeck (1964-1978); Associate, Toolan., Haney & Romond (1963-1964); Judicial Clerk to Associate Justice C. Thomas Schettino, New Jersey Supreme Court (1962.1963 ). 

Mr. Rebeck is a Trustee of the Middlesex County Bar Foundation. He has served on New Jersey Supreme Court Committees on Family Practice, Model Jury Charges (Civil), Media Relations, Speedy Trial Practice and Post-Indictment Delays. He has also served as President of the New Jersey Prosecutors Association, Chair of the Middlesex County Ethics Committee and Trustee of the Middlesex County Legal Services Corporation. He is currently serving or has served as a Trustee or Officer of several non-profit organizations. He is also a member of the Middlesex County Bar Association. 

He served in the United States Air Force (1953-1957).
