Richard S. Rebeck is of counsel to the firm. Areas of practice include contracts, real estate, wills and all aspects of litigation preparation. He serves as arbitrator and mediator for personal injury, product liability and contract litigation and disputes.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Rebeck served as Judge, Superior Court of New Jersey (1983-2000); Prosecutor, Middlesex County (1978-1983); Attorney, Piscataway Board of Adjustment (1977-1979) and Planning Board (1977-1978); Attorney, North Brunswick Board of Adjustment (1977-1979); Planning Board (1977-1978); and Rent Leveling Board (1974-1976); Perth Amboy Municipal Prosecutor (1970-1972); Assistant Prosecutor, Middlesex County (1967-1969); Partner, Venezia, Nolan & Rebeck (1964-1978); Associate, Toolan., Haney & Romond (1963-1964); Judicial Clerk to Associate Justice C. Thomas Schettino, New Jersey Supreme Court (1962.1963 ).
Mr. Rebeck is a Trustee of the Middlesex County Bar Foundation. He has served on New Jersey Supreme Court Committees on Family Practice, Model Jury Charges (Civil), Media Relations, Speedy Trial Practice and Post-Indictment Delays. He has also served as President of the New Jersey Prosecutors Association, Chair of the Middlesex County Ethics Committee and Trustee of the Middlesex County Legal Services Corporation. He is currently serving or has served as a Trustee or Officer of several non-profit organizations. He is also a member of the Middlesex County Bar Association.
He served in the United States Air Force (1953-1957).
