Allen P. Comba is a shareholder of the firm and has been associated with the firm of Venezia & Nolan since 1983. He concentrates his practice in the areas of family law, wills and probate and commercial and residential real estate sales and purchases including litigation related to these fields. He has extensive trial experience having been an Assistant Middlesex County Prosecutor from 1975 to 1983 and also serves as the Municipal Court Judge in the Borough of Carteret (1989 - 1992; 1997 - present).

Mr. Comba is a member of the Middlesex County and State Bar• Associations and the Middlesex County Municipal Judges' Association. He is a Vietnam Veteran; (U.S. Army, 1969-1971).
